Simple Ram Qestion

Would it be faster to run 2 x 512 ram that is ddr 400 or 3 x 512 with 2 at ddr 400 and one at ddr 333 .

From a purely speed perspective, 2 DDR400s is faster because if you put a DDR333 in then all 3 sticks will run at DDR333. For application performance, it really depends on what you run. For gaming, I would stick with the faster RAM but if you are doing something like 3D modelling or photoshop with very large images your probably better with more RAM.

The more RAM you have, the better. But mix-and-matching different RAM sometimes doesn't work, as the different RAM will not be recognized or utilized by the computer.
