I've never tried to mess with windows XP before, but I was wondering if you can find the audio file that plays when you boot a username up, and if it can be replaced...? Thanks.

Still, in theory you won't get the quality of the wav format back (The same concept as changing a 1024 x 512 image to 256 x 128, and then trying to do it the reverse; the result is pixelated).
