Sincronizzazione Google Outlook calendario=no va!!!!

scusate tramite questo programma Outlook Google Calendar Sync , la cosa importante che io dovevo sincronizzare gli eventi da Google a Outlook,
cosa che mi succede senza problemi
solo che quando arrivano sul calendario Outlook
mi arrivano senza che mi esce il promemoria mi esce promemoria = nessuno
cioe l'evento viene importato
ma poi catalogandolo come promemoria = nesssuno
nella lista di tutti i promotori attivi
non esce mai
cosa potrei fare
quindi non mi esce la notifica di ricordo
