Singapore

no budget

there is no budget i just want to know the difference between US computers and europe/singapore computers. I build custom computers for people that don't want to do it themselves and someone in singapore wants me to build one.

Some psu's could even have a very small switch inside to change from 110 to 220. Most have a very tiny slide switch on the exterior. Just checked mine and it is set at 115(not 110 as I indicated) My case is an Aspire X navigator with Aspire psu.. Ibet your case has one!

I lived in the area for a number of years.
Power is 230V-50Hz is the only difference; the plugs are UK-style. I would not know what else could be different.
TV is PAL.
If you need more info, just ask

What do I need tp do special when building a computer to make it work in sangapore or europe?
That your PSU is configured properly

Not sure about Singapore, but the only difference between US and Europe is the voltage of the PSU.
And video standards :)

I guess all you need is an AV convertor to change the volt to US standard. I did that when I was in Korea and Hong Kong.
Yes but thats one more part that can fail :) Better off with a Singapore-comaptible PSU and safe yerself the grief

TV is PAL.
Glad someone noticed ;)
