Site to customize PC build?

I need a new pc but I dont have time to build one myself right now I would like to customize one on a website like you can do on HP and Dell but I dont want either of those brands.

Any site recommendations?

Not looking for a gaming computer but not something that will be outdated in a year.

Not particularly well versed in this sort of thing, but Newegg.com might be good.

You can only buy parts from them no? They won't actually assemble and test

I'm don't really know. I live in Ireland so I know some Irish websites, but I'm not sure about American ones.

Newegg won't build. You'll need to look at cyberpower pc or Ibuypower.

It doesn't take long to build a PC. You can do it yourself or buy the parts and have someone else do it for you. (Hell, I'll do it).
