Sky go dosent work on my new laptop

Having got a new laptop, whilst my wife was watching something on the main tv, I wanted to watch the snooker.

I signed in as normal, and clicked watch now: Now all I get is a blank screen with dots going round in a circle.

As sky go does not support firefox I installed Safari which I learnt from the help button.

Anyone have any idea please,
