SLI Mobo PCI AGP

I'm looking at getting a new ASUS SLI motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131524

My question is: does it matter if you put AGP video card's in this? I heard from someone that it only supports PCI or something like that.

SLI only supports PCI-E, you cant use an AGP card in a PCI-E slot.

And yes, PCI-E is better than AGP.
