i just installed a second MSI 660 ti. Reinstalled the drivers, and went to enable SLI mode. but there isn't an option to do so. in the Nvidia Control Panel, under 3d settings, it says "Configure Surround, Physx"

but on pictures i see "Set SLI configuration" or variations thereof. I have an SLI bridge, and idk what to do. please help

It won't literally tell you turn on sli. You should see something along the lines of " maximize 3d performance". Once you check that a green sli bar will appear connecting your cards in the nvidia ciontrol panel. If that doesn't show make sure your sli bridge is put on correctly and that it's not damaged.

What mother board do you have? Just because it has two X16 slots doesn't mean it supports SLI.

Actually, it will, in a way. The control panel should look like this:

Without SLI, it won't have that "SLI" option in the left panel.

This. Also make sure it's going in the correct slot. I got mine wrong and was a little worried when it didn't show up.

well it's an ASUS Z87K, which supports crossfire. Amazon said it supported SLI as well at the time of buying, so i was like ok.

it doesn't have that option. It just says "configure surround physx"
