Sli weird problem / Mouse lag

I have 2 8800 ultras. When i have one video card plugged in, everything works fine. When i have 2 plugged in, Nothing appears on the screen. My computer boots fine, but the monitor dosen't detect any video, Even if its plugged in the exact same spot on video card number 1.

I've updated all the drivers and ati software, and i still have this problem!

I'm also still having issues with mouse lag. It's not the mouse or the video card. Ex: Call of Duty 4, i can't play it because the mouse is not responsive. Monitor is 24 inch dell
 
Maybe theres a problem with one of your cards,OR might be your psu,i cant see it been but who knows?
 
ATI software? if you have to Nvidia card get ride of the ati video drivers and keep the nvidia.
Try each card by itself to make sure ones not bad.
 
Not Ati , i mean nvidia sorry. And I still have the same issue. PSU is fine and both cards are fine. I'm really having bad luck with these things.
