is it possible to SLI the same series card with the same memory capacity, but DIFFERENT manufacturers and different stock clocks?

for example, if i SLI'ed an EVGA 8800gt 512mb with a Zotac 8800gt 512mb, would this setup run at clocks of the slowest card? or would the cards need to be identical for SLI?

Yes you can, but I have found out it is always more stable if you put the slowest card in the top main slot.

Yes. As long as the cards have the same architecture - in this case, G92 - then that will work.

That is correct.

Has to be the same series GPU too. Cant SLI a 8800GS and a 8800GT.

Can you overclock them? How does that work? One single overclock or seperate (each video card)?

In SLI mode it changes the clock of both cards.
