Does the SLI connecter extend or something? because I dont know how it could say it is SLI if there are two pci slot between the cards and the connector dont look long enough. (havent bought a SLI mobo but going to)

SLI requires PCI-Express connections, not PCI.

really...i know that but look at some mobos they have pci slots or pcie (x1 or x4) slots betweeen the two pcie x16 slots. Will the sli connector reach that far?

yeah, you get a Bridge/connector with the mobo.

pci and pci-e x1 slot cards are shorter than pci-e x16 cards, the bridge reaches right over the card.
