Hellow fellow computer lovers,

I would like you all to custmize me a slient but fast computer.
The budget is 1000$ Canadian (tax excluded).

If there is a pre-made machine by a company, please tell me too.
The budget for this is 1100-1200$ Canadian (tax excluded).

For the customized computer, I do not need keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
For the pre-made machine, any extra parts would be fine.

Edit: Oh, and I don't see why you would have $1100-$1200 On a pre-made one from a company. I highly suggest you build one yourself unless you litteraly have no clue what ram or psu means.
 
Just to make clear, by silent you mean completely free of all spinning fans? Or just below a certain decibel level?
 
i had no idea what any of this stuff was when my dad decided to buy me parts for my computer and with teh help of the great guys on these forums i built it in about 2 hours... i think you can handle it.... but i have 4 80mm fans and a huge processor fan.... so mine isnt the quiet but its not even close to loud... dont know how quiet you are looking for
 
yeah, but the problem with that would be not enough air flow... What I did to my computer was to littearly take the case off. Now it idles at around 40c but is louder than a B-42 war plane... So, I guess it's really you're choice. But the good thing for me is that all my parts from Newegg is arriving tommorow!!! I'll be asking a whole lot of questions tommorow people, so be prepared :)
 
Sorry for replying for a while, I was busy with school.

By slient, I mean, quieter than average machines, I don't expect no sound.
And yes i do know about computers, i m just too lazy to build it.

And, yes I will be gaming, but not hardcore.
Ragnarok/Eve Online/CSS will satisfy me.
