slow computer

hi, my comp is running very slow, i have taken of all unwanted files and programs, i have used cleaning program, i have defregmented and cleaned the disc up, but it still runs slow, please help me, ( i am not very good with my comp so please explain in easy to understand terms) thanks

When did the slow down happen? Did you upgrade any parts before your computer started slowing down? Did you download anything?

its very important to have the specs of PC to diagnose. When did the PC become slow? when was the last time it ran up to par?
