Slow computer

Well, since this is a very broad problem I would suggest a defrag. Windows has on build in but I've been using deraggler. Also, you should run a scan withmalwarebytes. Uninstall any programs you don't use. You can disable what programs start when you turn on your computer, but you should not mess with this unless you are sure of what you are doing.
Do you know how much RAM the computer has?
 
ccleaner is good, but what do you mean by fixing? There isn't a program that will just make your computer run faster. The thing is that a "slow computer" could caused by a few things. It could be anything from software to hardware. So, defrag, run malwarebytes, get rid of programs you don't use, and use ccleaner for the uninstalling + registry cleaner.
What kind of computer are you using?
 
yeah! ccleaner is the best IMO.

here is my computer cleaner conbination:
1. avast << free
2. ccleaner << free
3. malwarebytes << free

download, update and scan your computer using these tools and you'll surely have extrahorse power for your system.
