Slow down and comp problems

I built my computer about 2 years ago. Since then, till this week, Ihave never had any blue screens of death, any crashing, no freezing or anything. This week, I wake up in the morning to see my screensaver frozen, non of my desktop items open, start button sticking and lag between clicks through my files. It isnt only that one morning It happens atleast 4 times a day.

I have defraged scanned for spyware nd viruses, restarted and cleared my temp folders. I un OCed my video card and i still see it.

Any ideas?

did you find any spyware or anything? trying scanning with Panda, it's a online scanner: http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm, it will make a log, click Save Report, save the report 2 your Desktop and see what it found.

EDIT: when you see Spyware in the report, dont get scared, their probrably tracking cookies.

Yea in My Computer it said Ihad one hacked file or something an 13 spyware but everytime its half way I get an MSN error an it shuts me off from the internet so i have to re log.

When doing all the scanning and deleting make sure you run in safe mode.

spybot s+d
windows defender
firewall: zonealarm

Can you right down the blue error code?
It's most likely a STOP error. STOP-xF000000 ... bunch of numbers.. like that.

Determining this will really help you solve your issue because is error is unique.

i havent used the windows defender, or zonealarm.

adaware se, spybot, avg, ewido, spyblaster, and windows firewalls what i got, havent had any nasties 4 a while.

You PC is two years old, when was the last time you reformated the HD and did a complete reinstall of OS? You should backup all your documents and do this at least once a year.

I dont think ive ever did that to my HD.. I have Spysweeper and nortan systemworks. I defrag and scan and optimize my HD with nortan. Ihavent had the probelem lately until this morning when i moved my mouse to remove my screensaver and none of my desktop icons or start button worked. So i had to manualy re start.
