Slow Internet.....Need Help

Heyyy..........I have sympatico high speed internet........but it goes so SLOWWWWW..........I download things using bitlord (torrents).....so wenever i am downloading, my internet doesnt work or it goes really slow.....my download is still downloading....but everything goes slow....even the download.......how can i make my bitlord and internet work at the same time? Alos how can i make my download speed go faster?.....THANXXX

you cannot change your download speed. you might try using another program to download things(as long as they are not illegal.

EDIT: you might want to try a different font color too. kinda hard to read.

actually you can modify some settings to help speed up your connection....

go here http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks and run tweaktester 2 and see what it says, it will prolly say you need to increase your rwin to such and such

for a start bit torrent varies in speed, it depends on seeders, what the other peers upload speed is and your own speed being given by the tracker. Bit torrent works on a "the more you upload the quicker you download" basis. But sometimes its not evident. Bit torrent was also made so that it doesn't use lots of system resources.
