slow page loads from internet

I have a previous post here that address "almost" the same issue. I recently got rid of CA Security Suite and purchased the AVG Antivirus and AntiSpyware. Since doing so, most all interent pages now load at a normal speed. There are however still a few pages that take up to 10 minutes just to load. A couple of those websites that take forever to load pages are; Veoh.com and MySpace.com. Both sites I use quite often.

Please refer to my previous post under this same name to get most of the info needed from my pc....

btw....a resolution to the previous post was never obtained. People just stopped replying for whatever reason.
 
surely someone has got to know about this issue.....walk me thru some settings on my pc that might cause internet pages to load ever so slowly. ask me questions about my pc if you need to.
