slow running computer after formatting

Hi,
I've just formatted C drive. After formatting, I faced several problems:
1-My computer runs slow. OS :Win XP
2-Internet works very slow. Mozilla Fire Fox and IE 8
3-Internet pages seem the moving waves. It is making me dizzy!
I think that something is wrong with installing grafic card (NVIDIA).

If you give me the model of the card, I will find the driver for you. Also, if you will need help with installing the driver, what is your OS?

Read :P As you do to me sometimes.
 
Did you install a lot of stuff after installing Windows? Even if not, I'd recommend Defragging a few times to help organize the Drive. Sometimes even with a fresh install, the files are just randomly written.

As for your lagging screen, it definitely sounds like a driver issue. Best bet is to check your Device Manager and update anything with a yellow question mark next to it. Doing a complete Windows Update wouldn't be a bad idea either if you haven't already.
 
Only whats been said before, but -

The lag your experiencing is your Graphics card driver. Its a very simple fix, you need to go to the manufacturers website (Nvidia or ATI) and download the appropriate driver. Post your graphics card model on here and it'll get done for you!
