Slowed to a crawl (HJT Log included)

Not sure if HJT will help but my computer has slowed to a crawl. I've done spyware search and removed a few but its still going slow. Virus scan is almost complete but hasnt found anything yet.

Did a virus scan. There was only 1 file it couldnt open. Everything else came up clean.
