Slowing computer

So first time i build this computer, there are no lag in any game. Time goes on and i started to install programs and everything. After like 3 months, suddenly all the games become so laggy, and this thing always happen to every computer i own. What might be the problem?

You're probably just filling it up with junky programs that slow it down. Go through Windows Uninstaller and uninstall anything you don't use through there. Then run CCleaner Registry Cleaner(make a backup when prompted) and regular cleaner as well as a defrag.

It's also fairly likely you're picking up viruses along the way. So run a good Anti Virus like Avast, Windows Defenders/Microsoft Security Essentials, or MalwareBytes.

Also, have you been downloading your games off torrents, or are they purchased versions? Games downloaded from torrents tend to (mostly) have trojans/viruses, as Denther suggests.
