Small ATX Case

I'd like to replace my computer case with one that has front USB connectors. The computer will reside in a hutch, so I need a small case. I also have a new ATX motherboard so I'd rather not replace it with a microATX.

Does anyone know where I can get a full ATX case that is 17" (430 mm) deep or less? It would be great if the height were less than 16" (410 mm), but the shelf in the hutch is adjustable.

Otherwise, does anyone know where I can get a front USB patch panel so I could mod my existing case?
