Small bug when creating new folder/file (Win7)

Hello,

I'm having an occasional bug with Windows 7.

When I create a new folder or any new file by clicking 'New' in the context menu, the new folder or the new file doesn't appears. It's as if I had not clicked. I have to press F5, then the new file/folder appears and I can enter it's name.

Am I the only to have this bug. Any suggestion to correct it?
 
I had that issue on both my desktop and laptop briefly. It seemed to just go away after a day or two.
