Small DVDs?

I want to "mass produce" a short clip, but i dont want to waste money on 4gbs per DVD. Is there anywhere I can get like 800mb or less? Would it burn onto a CD if it was small enough?

Also, is it possible to make the DVD start without a title screen on Windows Movie Maker or NeroVision?
 
well i always use nero vision... easy to ignore title screen adn that, but i dont think a dvd player can play a cd as a dvd, id just get some dvds
 
Get hold of some 8cm DVD-R disks, they've got a capacity of 1.4GB and are similar to the mini-cd's of late. Burning dvd compliant files to a CD won't make it a dvd, you need a dvd disk of some sort, I recommend the mini versions to save money.
 
Most new dvd and dvd/vhs combos will not only play vcds(video cds) but even play audio cds as well. As long as the video material is your own property and not pre-copyrighted material you could use a vcd producing program to create a project for repeated burns to cd-rs.
