Small Problem! Help Please!

Hey guys just about to head over to my aunts house to help her with a small problem shes having. Her desktop computer wont log on to a certain webpage. It asks her for her user name and password to get on to this webpage which is totally normal because its for her business however the page wont load? My first thought is she doesn't have the proper software to load this page however it just started happening recently. Does anyone have any ideas or thoughts before I head over there unprepaired. It might be something simple that I know or something that i have never done before! any pointers would be awesome!
Should I try it with a different web browser such as firefox (shes currently using internet explorer 7).
Should I check her firewall or router?

Ahhh.. K so I'm here now and I tried to load under fire fox and this is the message I get in firefox! thankfully they gave me a message ;)

XML control failed to load! -- Please check browser security settings.

I of course punched it in to google and microsoft had a little help page and told me to change my registry key and I did that.. however it still wont let me get on to the page?
Anyone? looking kinda stupid not knowing what to do!
 
Dont know what else to do!
i've looked and done everything I can find!
Anyone else out there have any ideas?
 
I just tried to reinstall java and it went just fine but I'm still getting this error! Driving me bonkers now! any other ideas lol?
