small problem, plz help...

why do I get like horizontal red lines showing up... they are very thin, but it's becoming annoying... i tryed formating, changed video card, reinstalled windows, reinstalled drivers, changed dvi cable to vga cable... weird thing is, if I restart computer everything is fine for like a day and then these lines start to show up... anyone experience such a thing ? maybe my monitor is dieing?
 
Its the monitor thats going. My old monitor would do that only they wouldn't be red lines. They would be a dark color like a purple. Anyways mine cleared up after turning it off and leaving it off for a few hours. But I recommend getting a new monitor.
 
but why then everything is fine when I restart my computer ? can it be my z5500 logitech sound system ? since it's powerfull and somehow can damage monitor (it says to keep 60cm away from pc which I do)... you guys are sure my monitor is going ?
