This is my current graphics card. I'm just wondering what it means by "dedicated video memory" and "shared system memory." Could anyone please explain what both of these mean and what they are doing? Sorry I'm somewhat of a beginner.

Dedicated memory is the memory your onboard video card has all to itself. But do to onboard videos design it can also us part of your system memory, or RAM. Many people find this alittle selfish of onboard, but the good news is as long as onboard is not using the memory, Windows is still allowed to make use of it.
