Zeromedia,
Smartfixer is considered a rogue security program as it displays false positives to try to goad users into purchasing its full version. I would suggest removing it and posting a HijackThis log so that we can find any malware on your system.
Please download the Hijack This installer from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place an shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.
Click Do a system scan and save a logfile
When the Notepad window opens, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
