And now my oven stinks. Is it toxic to eat whatever is baked in there now? I had previously baked an RoHS video card and it didn't smell.
 
Uh, pretty much any somewhat modern video card should be ROHS, and even non ROHS leaded solder shouldnt produce any smells. If you have a bad smell, sounds like you burned the dielectric material inside a capacitor. Also, why did you bake the card? Baking should only be used as a last ditch effort....you should always use a heatgun to reflow the memory/core before attempting to reflow the entire card, as the high temperatures can damage the capacitors on the card.
 
Didn't know that they tasted good with a few sprinkles of flux, and when the plastic melts, it's just right with a good cup of jo.

Because I got the card out of the junk box at work and didn't really care if it fixed it or not :) It was totally dead when I got my hands on it.
