So, I installed Ubuntu on a separate disk but didn't get an option to boot into it when starting my computer. I eventually decided to just stick with Windows and remove that Ubuntu. I removed my unetbootin boot option but my disk still doesn't appear when opening "My computer". I opened the Partition manager and clicked Delete and tried to create a new fresh partition with a new letter but no success. It says that there isn't enough space. What should I... do?
