i was thinking this one

RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-630SS 630W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready

but i dont really know, any input would be appreciated :P

For something like that i would stay away from raidmax and take a look at the antec/ocz/corsair power supplies, a 500W from any quality manufacturer will run that, while if you want room for crossfire go for a 650W or 700W unit.

yeah, haha i used to wanna buy a prebuilt, but newegg is so much cheaper..plus the people on this forum have convinced me its gonna be fun building it xD

kk

also can you check over the specs i posted jsut to see if they are all compatible?

idk.. i keep seeing posts saying "that ram wont work wit that mobo" and it scares me :O

500W is overkill.
I don't get why people think that computers need 1000W PSUs to run.

you are wrong!!

do some research into power ratings of gpu's, ati have rated the 4870 to be used with 500watt psu with 34Amps on the 12volt rails....

its not all about the power but more the amps, good advice would be to get a larger psu incase the person wants to go crossfire in futer!

if the person does not want to go crossfire than 500watts with good ampage on the 12volt rail will be sufficiant

Definately not worth it, you can get any of the 1600mhz listed above for cheaper, which is not only faster as far as mhz is concerned, but lower timings aswell.
