So many Monitors out there....which to choose?

I am about to purchase the Gateway FX Series FX6840-57

Now I just need a monitor and have been looking at them for at least a month now and can not decide! Heres some:

Any thoughts on any of these monitors would be great, or if there are ANY recomendations for some others that would great as well. I like the LEDS alot though. (not that important, but would like a monitor with red lighting on it to match my system and setup if there any out there, haven't really seen any) Also any thoughts on the gateway would be appreciated. Thanks!
 
i am personally very partial to samsung. THey make a great tv and amazing monitors and i do not like asus. i have had nothing but trouble from them. i would get the samsung one myself
 
Right now I am not too into games but am thinking down the road I may be interested in gaming thats why I was leaning towards this system. I like the fact that this model has the I7 as well compared to the I5 in different versions plus the ATI Radeon HD 5770 Graphics, but it is lacking a blu ray player like the other models but I can upgrade if I want down the road but don't really want or need one. This may be too much computer for what I need now, which is basic internet use, Office programs, lots of video and picture storage, music and video downloads, but for some reason I keep coming back to this system when I'm looking around.
