So, my system apparently caught a bug

All was fine this morning. then suddenly my web pages weren't loading. I tried updating my anti-spyware and AVG, but they couldn't connect to the update server. I tried running system restore but it would just crash to a "Report Error" screen no matter what I tried.

So I reformatted. (It was about time - hadn't done one since March maybe?) At least it allowed me to clear out all the useless stuff I had installed and gave me a fresh start.

I was a little upset at first, but I see the benefits now. I still have about another 19 or so programs plus add-ons and system tweaks until I'm done. Oh well. Gives me something to do when I'm out of school. :D
 
Sweet. Running smooth now, eh? It usually takes me a couple days to reinstall everything...
 
Well, I'm not installing half as much as I had before, so it shouldn't take much longer.
 
I am also thinking of doing a Reformat soon. I just dont feel like re-installing all the games and programs that I have. But, if I reformat its gonna be to 64bit.
 
I just finished all my system tweaks and installs about an hour ago. Took me two days (including breaks). Before my reformat I was sure to write down everything I was going to need again.
 
Yeah thats what I did before too. Wrote down all the Freeware programs and what tweaks to do. Oh and dont forget the passwords and FF plugins.
 
Oh yeah Gotta love Firefox and all the add-ons/plugins. Im not much for FF 3 though. I hate how their is no "New Tab" button next to the tabs.
 
This happened to me the other day.

Just shake your case until the bug comes out, they usually hide in the drive bays specially if its a spider...

I actually really like FF3.

To get the new tab button, right click on the toolbar and then click "customize". then you just drag the new tab button up there.
 
For some reason it wont let me drag the "New Tab button" next to the tab but, instead I have it next to the URL bar.
