That's what I've heard, I guess I've always just assumed it came with one disc but now I'm hearing it coems with 32-bit and 64-bit discs?

This is news to me,i have not seen a box which contains 32Bit AND x64 Bit aswell.

When y'all are saying you only got one disc, are you talking about the retail box or the OEM box?

Because my OEM box only had one DVD in it, whereas I was reading online and they were saying Retail boxes were coming with both. Maybe it's only one DVD with both versions, I dunno. Never bought retail...too expensive.

The retail version of Windows Vista Ultimate comes with both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions. I own a copy. You can only use one product key with either version, though.

Windows Vista Home Basic, Premium, Business retail come with a 32-bit disk only, with an option to order a 64-bit disk. Windows Vista Ultimate comes with both 32-bit and 64-bit disks.

The only way to get a x64 version of Basic, Premium or Business is by ordering the OEM 64-bit disk or ordering the 64-bit alternate media from Microsoft for $10.00
