So this happened today...

...browsing the internet as usual and then my cursor suddenly turns into this thing...

...and restarting the PC and resetting the cursor to the default in settings isn't fixing it.

I do not want to have to re-install Windows because I don't want to have to go through re-installing and re-configuring all my stuff yet again.

I can still click on stuff like normal, my cursor just looks like...whatever the hell that thing is...

I don't have Vista. I have 7 64-bit SP1.

I might just download a cursor pack off the Internet and install it. Maybe using non-Windows default cursors will fix my retarded cursor issue
