Software for making realtime "whiteboard" drawing videos

Hi!
I have searched a bit on the net a while but i still cant seem to find what im looking for.

Im looking for a program that works like a virtual whiteboard(draw erase etc.) and lets you record in real time when you draw on it(to upload on youtube etc.).

are there any likewise programs out there?

Maybe i should just look for a virual whiteboard program or any drawing program and then get a seperate recording software.

If so wich recording software do you recomend?
 
Don't know of any free program with the whiteboard, but I would recommend using any sort of program and using a video capture proggy such as Debut for free.
