software problem I think.Please help

When going in and out of internet sites,Getting on the internet,trying to run any software.My computer take its time.Even shuting down it takes forever.Didnt use to be that way.I have virus protection and registry mechanic.Also I defrag,clean out cookies and use disc cleaner.
 
What od you use as virus protection? Sounds like you have a bunch of viruses to be, either that or to much junk running in the background.
 
Please download malwarebytes antimalware, update it and then run it. An antivirus program alone won't keep your system clean from infections in todays world. You may also need to download and run Ccleaner to get rid of all your old temp files.
 
lol @ norton, IMHO i use Malware and thats about it... if you dont know what ur doing anti viruses are ok but i think they are system hogs :/. and norton sux btw... go with AVG or kaspersky if your gonna keep a anti virus program. KAV in my experiences has been the best!

nortan itself gets viruses lol.... it used to be widely used but now its a target for .exe viruses or .dll injectors to mess with it...
