Solar Powered Power Source

Hello.

Does anyone know if there exists a portable power source that can gather its power from the sun? What I'm looking for is something that I can leave under the sun during the day, and then use to power my laptop and other electronics during the evening. I'm speaking of a solar-powered, portable battery that'll have enough juice to power my electronics for hours without them having to be plugged in. Am I dreaming?

yeah, i did find a solar power generator at Canadian Tire, but i think it was like 100$ and im not sure if it is for computers
