Some help with compatibility

Anyways I've had an old MSI k7t turbo 2 mobo for years now and I'm looking to upgrade to something nicer.

I was looking around on newegg for some things and I've came up with a list of some things and I was wondering if you guys could help me with compatibility or give me some criticism of the following:

I highly doubt the motherboard will work with my computer case, so I'll probably have to end up upgrading that also. Also the power supply may not work either so if you guys have any ideas on what I should get that would be great. Thanks
 
Everything you posted should work, though if I were you, I'd get a different video card. The 8500 is a fairly low-end card. Consider a 8600GT, or perhaps even some ATI if they go for less.

As for power supplies, I'd just look for something that has about 450 watts and dual rail, perhaps about 30 amps total on the 12v rails. I typically look for these and see what PSU's have the best reviews by people on newegg to make my choice.
