Some questions about having two graphics cards?

Hello :)

I currently have a PNY Nvidia GTX 670 2GB graphics card, and I wish to play the latest games on highest graphics settings, and I'm wondering is it worth me putting in another GTX 670 into my computer?

Also, can I use a different make or different card next to my other one? for example, An Asus GTX 770 next to my PNY GTX 670?

Thanks :) also does it affect the amount of electricity my computer uses alot?
 
There is no reason why your current card alone can't play the latest games. If you get another to go SLI then you would need to most likely upgrade your power supply and would increase heat in your case.
