Some questions about this motherboard.

I have been looking for a good motherboard for a while and I have come across this one:

I was wondering if it is good, and if it will fit most cases. I have never had to change my motherboard so I am a newbie at motherboards.

If your not going to CF its a ok board. I would get the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P if you plan on overclocking.
