Heres the story. I was doing average everyday stuff on my computer and all the sudden everything froze, and my hardrive started making weird clicking noises, they almost had a rhythm to it. So i tried different IDE cables and different power cables and even tried putting it in a different computer and still just the same clicky noise. When i start up the computer it makes the clicky noise and just goes black. I built the computer myself about 8 or 9 months ago and it has been working fine ever since. and say it is dead, which it appears to most likely be, would there be anyway to get the stuff back on it? I had over 1700 songs and most of you are probably like, oh wow. but that takes a long time to get back running at 16 Kbps. And i had lots of other stuff thats not like, replaceable.
