I resized it with photoshop to 78x80 pixels and it is about 18.4kb. I think Computer Forum's avatar requirements are max 80x80 pixels and 19 or 20kb. So See if it works. If it doesn't, just say so. It only took about 20 seconds to do. I can fix it.

Download it to your own image hosting website, I don't want to keep it on my profile forever.

Personally I'd be looking to get rid of those unsightly white corners to the image. The easy way to do that is to colour those corners the same colour as the background, i.e. RGB (241,241,241). Here it is at 80x80 and 5.5KB.
