went to sleep last night happy that i finally saved up enough for my new quadcore and ram combo deal

well...i woke up this morning and my computer wouldt start properly at all
my fan controller ahd completely been killed not sure how but that was a quick fix of the reset button on the back of it

and my cpu seems fine along wiht my ram but...
my hdds BOTH of them are dead they will not boot they get to the windows logo then lock up and blue screen right now im still on my 5200+ and 3 gigs of valueram

anyideas someone please help this sucks

maybe the hardware is incompatible with windows, did u try going back to your old setup? try looking up the bsod error code to look for a lead for the problem.

it keeps saying that its a registry error or somethign :/

but idk how to fix it ive completely reinstalled vista and xp but nothing still

You already installed the new hardware? I'm a little confused.

Is your system prebuilt or custom? Please list all components
and Operating System.

Can you see the hardrives in the bios? Could you post what exactly what the error message says. You mentioned the fan controller was wacky, this is making me think it might be something with your PSU.
