Sounds like you might need another board for some good overclocking. Should be able to get to 4.5ghz. with less voltage then 1.45V. That Asrock might be having some voltage leak at highter voltage. Cant believe a 2600K would need 1.45V at 4.5ghz.
It may just be a bad board. It could be a bad chip maybe too. not sure. I will find out soon enough. Going to be getting a Fatality professional board in september.
