Something amiss

OK, I am running Windows 8 but, use Windows Live Mail from my old windows 7 computer. I can receive E-mails with photos in the main page of the e-mail without any problem. When I go to forward the e-mail I get this message.

One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found, etc, etc, etc.

It does send with the photos as attachments but, not the wording attached to each picture.
What can I do to forward the entire e-mail exactly as I received it?

It's because of the way the photos are embedded into actual email. Have the sender just attach photos instead of embedding them.

I wish it was that simple, about 50% of e-mails with photos forward on without any trouble, and this problem applies to about 20 or 30 different senders. It seems like it could have something to do with my settings, but my 76 year old brain needs some guidance.
