Something happened to my RAM.

It has an integrated GPU, right? Maybe they set more MB for GPU? You can check it in BIOS. Alternatively, when they disassebled your PC, put a new motherboard and assebled it again, they forgot to put one of the RAM sticks back in... in that case - tough luck.
 
To me, seems like you have 3 GB, since 2 GB is used as RAM and 1 GB (though it shows only 805 MB?) as VRAM. I wonder where is that missing one GB. I haven't used a laptop with integrated GPU since mid 2007, so I have no idea if there's any trick to this. They could've accidently put a 1 GB stick instead of 2 GB one when assembling your PC, but I think it's more likely that it's related to your GPU.

The easiest way to check if you have 2x2GB would be to open a lapel (or whatever it's called in English) on the bottom of your PC and check it out.

You should also check how much RAM is actually assigned to GPU, which you can do in BIOS. There are instructions how to do it in your model:
