Something is wrong, and I don't know what.

Check my signature for my current build.

My graphics drivers are crashing, and my card is emitting coil whine even when there are no games or graphically intensive applications running. I've tested my 3.3v, 5v, and 12v rails on my PSU, and all three are outputting the correct voltage. My motherboard is brand new. I'm using the latest Catalyst drivers. I tested multiple GPUs, one of which is a friend's 7850... I had trouble with his card, but he never has trouble with it in his build.

I've troubleshooted almost everything I can think of and I'm still coming out empty. If anyone can help me, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Test your RAM with Memtest86+. Even if it comes out okay, swap out your RAM with known good RAM and see if that makes a difference.

Also, just because you test the power supply, please try a different one to rule yours out.

There arn't any other power supplies available for me to test. I can probably do the ram bit, I'm trying to create a bootable USB thumbstick for it right now.
