Hello!
Open up Hijackthis.
Click on do a system scan only.
Place a checkmark next to these lines(if still present).

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k

Then close all windows except Hijackthis and click Fix Checked
Close HijackThis.
I believe that's the source of your problem.
That entries you named here are not to fix, not yet. There are no sure information about in on Internet and I wouldn't delete it unless this doesn't work, oK?
Ok, still just a few updates.
You are using an old version of Java. Sun's Java is sometimes updated in order to eliminate the exploitation of vulnerabilities in an existing version. For this reason, it's extremely important that you keep the program up to date, and also remove the older more vulnerable versions from your system. The most current version of Sun Java is: Java Runtime Environment Version 6 Update 4.
  • Go to http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
  • Go to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 4 and click on Download button.
  • In Platform box choose Windows.
  • Check the box to Accept License Agreement and click Continue.
  • Click on Windows Offline Installation, click on the link under it which says "jre-6u4-windows-i586-p.exe" and save the downloaded file to your desktop.
  • Go to Start => Control Panel => Add or Remove Programs
  • Uninstall all old versions of Java (Java 3 Runtime Environment, JRE or JSE)
  • Reboot your computer
  • Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Java if present
  • Install the new version by running the newly-downloaded file with the java icon which will be at your desktop, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Reboot your computer

This would be it.
Please post a new fresh hijackThis log and tell me is your system clean of such errors.

That entry is legitimate, although not necessary. See http://www.castlecops.com/startuplist-9038.html

There's nothing malicious in your log, let's look a little deeper.

1. Please download this file - ComboFix to your desktop
2. Double click ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick ComboFix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

heres the c fix

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not malicious.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Thank you for the vote of confidence. I don't see anything in these logs that would be responsible for those popups. Do they still occur? At what point do they occur? (e.g. only when surfing the Internet, only when on certain sites, as soon as you turn on your PC, etc...) Do they advertise anything in particular?

That's quite possible, or it may even have come from a website you were visiting. In any case I'm glad your problem seems to be fixed.
