something strange happening

Hello guys! I have been having nothing but problems ever since i decided to get a new computer. I think my current computer is getting jelous.... lol

I did a disk cleanup and afterwards, i think something got screwed up, so i system restored it to a time before i cleaned up the disk, and now im getting gay purple dots and complete distortion when i play games. Its almost as if OpenGL stopped itself, even though its still on. The games are very choppy. I think its a bad driver or something so right now i uninstalled the driver and reinstalling it. Here is what it looks like...

problem solved. If you are having colored lines near objects or icons, turn off your computer, and restart into safe mode. Then uninstall the drivers, THEN the adapter. Dont take the video card out. shutdown, then go into it regularly, and ianstall the drivers. restart and it should work fine!
