something stuffed up big time

i was overclocking today and was at a BCLK of 1000 and a multi of 45. I then changed the BCLK to 2000 and the multi to 23. I raised the voltage to 1.325. i then tried to boot the computer and all the fans spin and the computer appears to boot properly, but nothing shows up on the screen. It resets itself after a few times and then does the same thing. I think i need to reset the BIOS but i don't really know how. please help?
 
wait, nevermind. I got it working again. It turns out that instead of typing 23x for the multi, i put 33 times. The computer was trying to boot at 6.6ghz. FAIL
